It did not affect his ability to rent the house (he received full payment for the month of June, the month after we moved out) and the piece broke through no fault of our own (it rusted through, something we clearly could not cause). Question about apartment security deposit refunds?

First off, I need to say that I'm a very clean person. I have two cats and both are bathed once a month or so. I had a neighbor with a dog that he let outside without a leash all of the time and I think he gave us fleas...The apartment complex I lived in said that we had fleas and they charged us like 500 dollars or something crazy. My Puppy died two days after receiving vaccines?

I bought a 3 month old puppy on a Friday from a pet store, I took her to the vet the next Tuesday and had her vaccinated for Rabies, Lepto, and Distemper. When I left the vet no reactions had occurred and the puppy was eating and playing, that was on Tuesday. Wednesday the same thing she was eating and playing no complaints. Thursday I went to work only to find out that the dog was vomiting, later developed diarrhea. By the time I left work the same day I found my puppy in a lethargic state with severe diarrhea and vomiting. (With constant encouraging and even trying to place food near her mouth she refused to eat)Took her to the emergency vet services only to find out that her Sugar was so low from decreased appetite that she ended having several seizures. They had to keep her overnight while I made plans to transfer her to another vet service due to the expenses. The day after Friday( 1 wk from when I bought her) I go in to the emergency vet to pay my balance and she goes into Cardiac Arrest, CPR was performed and she didn't make it. I forgot to add I had already made an appointment at her regular vet for the same Friday for a check-up. Now I'm left with decreased appetite myself and find myself crying over and over. Tint stickers for eyeglasses?

I want to take a pair of vintage safety goggles and make a variety of colored lenses for them. I've already harvested the lenses from some sunglasses and cut them to size. Hard time breathing in swimming pool?

So, today I had my first swimming lesson. They told us to walk in the water towards the side with our chin touching the water. I had a really hard time breathing here and my chest felt tight. I actualy cant cope with me anymore?

I've been suffering from an eating disorder for the past 8 years (mainly bulimic tendancys but I go through periods of anorexic tendancys - at my very worst I wont eat at all for 3/4 days, I even struggle to drink water at this time, I take a lot of laxatives, water retention pills, diet pills, ANYTHING and will exercise like crazy. then i crack and have a massive binge and throw it all up and will then starve myself for another couple of days. I tried to kill myself in March and got referred to a councillor who I saw once and then I cancelled the appointments. Last night I got stupidly drunk by myself, disappeared at 10 oclock (i can remember up to that) no one knew where I went and then stumbled back in at around 1 oclock in the morning with absolutely no clothes on. One of my housemates lives in an annex and I presume I was in there as thats where my clothes were found and I'd messed up his room. It was the husband who let me in and he says he heard a mans voice coming from the garden but I have no idea who it was, what I did or anything. I'm 18 right now and I remember when I was 15-16 years old or so I started to take swimming lessons at YMCA. I realized on my first day of lessons that the others that were there were all kids (7-10 years old). Everybody kept giving me these awkward glares and this woman came up to me and asked if I can get her child's goggles from the bottom of the pool. Even though I was terrified, I got it for her but she didn't even say "thank you" and glanced away from me like she was ashamed of me. I went back to sit in the corner and I felt a breeze near my chest and when I looked down, one side of my bikini top was down..revealing one of my maturing breast. I'm certain both the instructors (including the male) saw me and so did the mothers of the children that were getting swimming lessons but they didn't bother to tell me. Suggestions for roommate/moral dilemma?

I'm living with a good friend who is not in the most sound place financially. I got hired to be a teller at my credit union and the training that I have to take doesn't have a classroom portion: it's all observing and hands-on-training. Training is 2 weeks or until however long I need to get everything down. So last Friday was my 2nd day, and I can actually make deposits on the computer w/o help help from my trainer now. Yesterday we needed a limo last minute for an event and a limo company told me that they just needed my AMEX card to hold it, nothing would be charged and that I could pay everything in cash when I saw them 3 hours later that same day. My husband was also calling companies and had already booked one & paid a deposit while I was on the other line without my knowing. So I called back to the 1st limo company within 25 minutes, greatly apologized and said that I needed to cancel our limo reservation and explained how my husband had paid a deposit and had already reserved another limo. The guy was very disappointed but never said anything about being charged for anything. We are the only great power in history that has not leveraged its power to expand. If we use our military as a conquering force rather then police we would have won vietnam and would have already won afghan/Iraq. I live in England in a rented property with my husband. We have been renting the property for the last 2 months for a contract period of 3 months with an option to continue every month with a one month notice. The property we live in is an annex attached to the landlady's house which has a seperate entrance. We were provided a cooker on request which means there was no cooker in this property before because the kitchen has a room on top of our kitchen and it is not allowed to do so. Instead the previous tenants have been sharing their kitchen. But when we requested for a cooker we were provided with an electric two hobs cooker since there are boys in that house and i did not want to use their kitchen. Now the landlady suddenly comes and says she wants to terminate the contract after 3 months and if we want to extend it she would not provide us with the cooker instead we would have to use her kitchen because it is not legal to have a kitchen below a bedroom and she does not want to do that. We were not aware of these rules since we are new to the country and she did not inform us all these situations and they orally agreed to extend the contract every month, so since we have been looking for a property with that convenience due to our situations regarding the visa for which we have applied to extend and our documents are at the home office and we cannot look for a new property but we still have the visa till july we committed to this property. I dont want to share their kitchen but need the cooker as agreed by them, since suddenly they come and say they have to follow the rules and all that, they have been living in this country for many years and they have not given the cooker for others means they knew the laws, so if they had said they cant provide one we could have looked for another property, when we question that she says since we asked them they could not refuse. That lady is so stern. Could anyone help please? advice me on this.
