How do you make those goggles that you cant see straight with?

There called beer goggles but i dont know what the difference is. I wanted to like put them under some goggles and trick my friends haha or my mom. How do you make them? I heard you can just get goggles and put seran wrap on it?

Can a Dealer repo my car for not paying down payment?

I am in a Bankruptcy 7 getting ready to be discharged. Needed a vehicle so I went to a Bad credit place. They told me I could have a vehicle with 1000 down and could defer it for a few weeks. I did the paperwork and a few days later the dealer called and said I couldn't do it but if I had someone else get the loan in their name then I could transfer the loan back to me after the discharge went through. So I had a family member do it and I have the car. It is now 40 days later and I have not given a down payment and the car has been funded from the finance company for a few weeks. I am wondering if because of the switch of person obtaining the loan the deposit went unnoticed. No one had my family member sign any paperwork on the deposit and all my paperwork was thrown out (I was told by an associate. Can the dealer repo my car if they realize there was no deposit made?

You know how both Buzz and Delete from the TV show Cyberchase have that black box under thier eyes and a string going around their heads? What do you think those are? I am drawing them in human form, and I don't know what to make of it. I think they are goggles, but I am not sure. Can someone help?
