Can I go to a swim team practice wearing Maybelline "The Falsies Volum Express (waterproof)" mascara?

I'm going to my first swim practice today, and I will be wearing goggles. I was wondering if I'd get panda eyes if I swim with and/or without goggles if I wear this mascara? Thank you in advance.
