Image comics: Who was the superhero that had a radiation symbol on his chest?

I wasn't aware he was an Image character these days, but it sounds like you're talking about the Key (or Valiant) Comics character, Dr. Solar, Man of the Atom. At least that sounds a lot like his uniform.
