Is there a face editing flash based software that I can use to edit my look without download?

Is there a face editing site I can go to that is flash based to allow me to edit my look such as glasses, hair styles, and so on. I don't want to download anything so I want to be able to do it off their website. Also maybe an app for the iPhone app if nothing else? I've tried goggling this, but all I can find is blogs about how people wish they had this, or celebratory hair styles, or sites that will edit someone else face but won't let you upload a pic and edit your face. I only want to edit hair styles so I could care less about the other stuff.
