Hollywood Sports Airsoft Mask?

I was wondering if i can wear an iron-face mask and a polycarbonate Safety Goggles?It can withstand 450 fps 0.25 gram bb's at 22 feet.It was tested.And is there an age limit on the separate mask parts?
